Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California
im unsure were this is catogorized but my best friend is turnning 17 her boyfriend is turnning that they are 5 years in age diffrence for 3 months this scare the death out of my friend the relationship is long term and the guy wants to purpose can i get some help on this i have to hear it on a daily bases i would like details including thing that dont and do allow the age diifrence

If the boyfriend is over 18, he is asking for trouble. There is nothing magic about a five year difference. The only difference is whether both are 18 or not.
