How to write a letter telling my employer's HR on a discriminative actions my boss and co-worker are taking against me?

How? By clearly and chronologically describing the facts, actions, statements, etc. and what you want as a remedy and corrective action.

If this is more than a 'one time' minor problem, then you may consider taking legal action IF there has actually been a pattern of violation and conduct based upon discrimination, harassment or retaliation as defined as actually �illegal� under the ADA [disability], Civil Rights [age, race, sex, ethnic, religion, pregnancy, etc], FMLA [medical leave], Whistle-blower, or similar statutes.
