Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I only blew a .07, the officer gave me my driver's license back, but I still have a court date 1/31/08. What can I expect?

To be charged with driving under the influence, the normal DUI charge. You face potential jail, fines, loss of license, probation, etc. Most people choose to have an attorney help them.
