Legal Question in DUI Law in California
I got 2 DUIs in CA within a year of eachother. They were only 8 days from being a year apart. I just started taking the 2nd offender class and the last offense happened 2 years 8 months ago. The court suspended my license for 2 years. Can I get my license back or a restricted license, even though I just started the classes?

Upon conviction for a second offense, the license is suspended for two years. HOWEVER, after one year you maybe elligible for a work restricted license.
In July of this year a new law goes in to effect that MAY allow you to obtain that restricted license after only 90 days.
