Legal Question in DUI Law in California

3rd DUI in 10years

If I'm convicted of a 3rd Dui can I be permitted a restricted license to drive to and from work, or will I ultimately have to lose my license completely for a period of time. The first 2 dui offenses were about 5 and 6 years ago. Will I have to go to jail if convicted or is there a way around that?

All those questions will be answered by the judge, as influenced by your attorney's presentation and argument on your behalf in his effort to negotiate a plea bargain. If you go to trial and are convicted, you face mandatory jail and license revocation. Bargain wisely. Feel free to contact me if you get serious about having the legal help you'll need.
