Legal Question in DUI Law in California

i was arrested for a 11550 charge and i messed up and didnt go 4 years later i was stopped and issued another cite realease for the 11550 what will happen ive never been in trouble for this berfore or after this problem

I'm, surprised they didn't cuff and transport you to jail and court. Now, you have to appear in the original court to deal with the warrant and the original charges. Because you 'stiffed' the court, you will likely get a bit worse 'deal' than if you had done it right in the beginning. Your attorney may be able to get you off with no jail, but with fines, drug classes, probation.
