Can I be arrested at the DMV

This sounds wird but I am currently looking for a DUI attourny and I need to get a California ID card. If there is a bench warrent out for my arrest and I go to the DMV will they call the cops to arrest me?

Yes, they can. You had better deal with the warrant and court case before coming into contact with any police, or government agency; you could be taken away in handcuffs. It would be a lot easier to have an attorney appear with you in court and get the warrant lifted as part of handling the charges. Contact me if interested in doing so.
