attorney fee refund?
i got a DUI in nov. of 2007. my criminal case was dismissed but i never went to the dmv hearing. so i hired a lawyer to appeal the dmv case, but my appeal was denied. when i hired them, we had a verbal agreement for a $1500 flat fee. is it possible to get some kind of refund?

He did the work, and you want a refund? Why do you think you are entitled to one? No attorney can or will guarantee successful outcome. If I could do that [win every case, guaranteed], I'd be a gazillionaire - from people paying me huge sums to get them the outcome they want.
