auto accident
i was hit from behind by a drunk driver who was arrested when the police came. My insurance expired at the time of the accident. Can I get pain & suffering in addition to my car & medical expences? here in california

No California law limits the damages that you can collect. Pain and suffering is not allowed if you are uninsured.
