Legal Question in DUI Law in California
can i beat my dui of 0.13 or reduce my fines? and is there a way out of not letting my drivers license get suspended?
so what happen, one night i was driving home from the club with my sister and boyfriend as the passenger, a chp officer pulled me over saying my car was swerving from left to right which it wasnt and due to my car not being allignment, is there a way i can use that against my charge? and my sister said she saw the cops parked outside looking at us and only stopped us cause my bf was drunk and yelling at me when we was walking to our car. there is a lot of things the cop wrote on the report that wasnt true. i know my dui is pretty high but so is my tolerance. i remember everything that happened that night. what can i do?

What can you do? Get a lawyer. Any criminal case, including a DUI is not a do-it-yourself project. An attorney can look for factual and legal defenses or issues with the case that may give you the ability to get the charge reduced and/or dismissed.
Will that happen? There's no way for anyone on the internet to know - you've got to have your attorney review the entire file and discuss it with you in depth.
Beat it?? Sure if you win at trial. Hire an attorney.
