bench warrant, CA

a bench warrant was issued for my

arrest on 12/14/07. I believe for non-

payment of court fines. how do i get

the warrant removed?

The original offense was for DUI

by going back to court, turning yourself in on the warrant, and trying to convince the court to let you pay your original fines, plus a new fine for the FTA and not put you in jail. If you want legal counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me.
