Depends upon how well your attorney negotiates your deal[s] with the DA in each case. If you don't have a 'record' trailing you, then he might be able to get you out without jail time. If you were smart, you'd get the DUI deal cut ASAP before arraignment on the DIP, trying to keep them separate and unaware of each other.
