Re: Courtdate
Since you were undersage, you have basically broken the law if you had any alcohol in your system. However, there are still valid legal defenses, and an attorney that handles DUI's can help you determine what your next step is.
I will be happy to help with this unfortunate situation. My office can be reached at 619.298.1969 to schedule an appointment.

Re: Courtdate
It's up to the DA and judge. Potentially, 6 mo to a year in jail, but more realistically: IF you get an experienced attorney, he may be able to keep you out of jail. You will have lots of fines, AA meetings, alcohol school, licence suspension to take effect when and if you ever do get one, etc. Contact me if serious about doing this right.
Re: Courtdate
The penalty depends upon the facts and circumstances of the crime, including your age, the blood alcohol content and whether you were simply unlicensed or if you had a suspended license. Obviously the goal is no jail time time. Call me 805.648.5730 or e-mail and we can discuss further.
