Dude. It already happened to you. You broke both your legs and your cheek bone. If you crashed into somebody else, you'll get sued, it won't be covered by your insurance, and you'll be paying them for a long time. Probably the police arrested you as well, in which case you can expect a stretch in the county jail and some more fines and programs. And you'll never have to worry about getting up to go to work in the morning.
Assuming you meant to ask what is the criminal justice system going to do to you, you probably already figured out that you face multiple counts of felony DUI charges that carry prison or jail time, fines, and numerous other penalties like loss of license, alcohol programs, probation, etc. Plus, if you damaged anyone else's car or property, you're going to get sued. Plus, your cost of insurance is going to skyrocket for years.
