"What do you do"? Defend the charges with whatever evidence and defenses you have. If you don't know how to effectively represent yourself in court, then hire an attorney that does.

Sir,

I know what you are going through is rough. I have saved military careers in the past, and if they would be willing to discuss it with you, might be able to help you also.

Many commands are coming down hard on DUI's, and you don't want to be left out in the cold.

If you want your questions asked honestly and bluntly I would be happy to discuss your case with you.
