If I refused to submit to a blood or breath test, can I be charged with some other crime and/or does this mean that I will be automatically convicted.

Re: Drunk Driving Charge
Refusing to take one of the three available blood alcohol test results in an automatic 1 year suspension of your driver's license. The testimony of the police officer's observation may be sufficient for you to be convicted.
