Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Drunk IN Public 647 (F) PC

If you are on involutary probation for suspended license on a drunk driving, and you are arrested for drunk in public, what is possible for the fine/jail time? Never have had a drunk in public before. Thank you. I do not usually make a habit of being drunk, these are coincidences.

I don't know what the court will do about your probation, but the idea that your DUI and drunk-in-public arrests are "coincidences" is a typical BS alcoholic excuse. You Are An Alcoholic.
