Legal Question in DUI Law in California

After a second due, I was granted a restricted drivers license. However, when I had to remove the ignition interlock device from my vehicle, my restricted license was taken away, or suspended/revoked. I have not completed my 18 month dui treatment program Is there any way that I can get another restricted drivers license issued so that I can transport my children to school and myself to work?

You can get a license re-issued if and when you fully comply and complete all requirements of both your court sentencing and of DMV. Contact DMV to determine what is necessary.
