Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I have A DUI From 2006 that i never Appeared in court for. between then and now i also have 2-3 driving on suspended License and 4 to 5 FTA's moved to a different County and now wish to have the case transfered and dismissed so i can get my license back. Is this possible?

No. You will have to deal with the DUI and the other FTA cases in the counties where they occurred.

There is no such thing as case transfer. The courts don't care about your convenience. You realize, don't you, that there are one or more arrest warrants out for you because of your failure to comply with the court rules and orders? For you to handle this, you must turn yourself into the court[s], with or without an attorney, and negotiate a plea bargain on each of the outstanding charge[s], warrant[s], and license suspension[s] ordered by the court[s]. Doing so voluntarily will result in a better outcome than you being brought in cuffs to court after arrest on the warrant[s]. That should happen if you come in contact with law enforcement anywhere.
