Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I got a DUI in CA in September of 2008. I paid all the fine, attended necessary classes, and am not on probation. Can I travel to Mexico?

Yes (unless your court papers specifically prohibit you from doing so; that is usually not seen, however.)

That is up to the Mexican authorities, but since they don't check you at the border, sure.
