DUI in calif

i recieved a 2 dui in calif in 97. i did not pay the fine or do the program. i now live in las vegas and need to get a drivers license. How do I go about it.

By returning to the CA courts and handling the criminal charges as you should have at the time. You should get an experienced attorney to assist you, as there are arrest warrants on each case. The attorney can arrange for you to submit to the courts and have the arrest warrants withdrawn, without you being taken away in cuffs to jail. Your attorney can then negotiate plea bargains on the cases, or take them to trial, as you wish.
