Dui on camp pendleton

can my ticket on base get sent to the

state of california and i be charged both

on base and with the state?

It could be prosecuted in both systems, but you face enough trouble on base. Check with base legal for an education in the penalties you face. Feel free to contact me if you get serious about getting counsel.
