How many times can a DUI court case

be rescheduled until it is voided? My

case has been postponed 2 times

already.

As long as you give a time waiver, as many times and as long as the parties agree upon, and the court approves. If you decide you need an attorney, and if the case is in SoCal, feel free to contact me.
