Re: dui

Get arrested and go to jail. That is unless you return to court voluntarily and convince the judge to give you another chance to complete. You would be well advised to hire an attorney to help you. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.

Re: dui

Go to the clerk's office and ask them to re-calendar the case for "recall of bench warrant and modification of probation". Then appear and ask the judge to give you more time to pay the fines. Unless you have an extremely unreasonable judge, it ought to go fine. Your showing up voluntarily to resolve it is the proof that you don't need to be jailed. Most judges do understand that things are tough economincally now.

Re: dui

If you don't feel comfortable scheduling or attending the hearing without a lawyer, contact me directly. Attending with an attorney will further reinforce you need not be jailed and that you take your charges seriously.
