when a disabled senior citizen has 2 pending cases for Dui's, How does he go to court if he is placed in a nursing facility due to health problems?

Through an attorney. Failure to appear will result in arrest warrants. If these cases are in SoCAl courts, feel free to contact me if serious about getting him legal help. It may be possible to get the cases resolved informally if he is not going to be coming out of the nursing facility or driving again.
