Legal Question in DUI Law in California
DUI Expungement
I got a DUI in July of 2006 in San Diego. I was given community service, fine, DUI classes and 5 year probation and my question is does anyone know how I could get this expunged now. Or what is my best course of action because it effected my employment search.

DUI's can not be expunged.
