Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui

i am in hawaii and my dui was in california. i am having trouble finding an alcohol program that is equvilant to the california AB541 program!

You won't. You'll need to obtain court authority to attend an out of state program. Your attorney will have to file a motion for such authority. If you don't comply with your probation terms, the court will issue an arrest warrant. If you want legal help, and if the case is in SoCal, feel free to contact me.
