Re: Dui

People do beat DUI charges. Generally they do not do so on their own. They hire counsel experienced in beating DUI's such as myself. This is a pretty complex field for a person to attempt to beat the charge "In Pro Per" meaning representing themself.

No attorney can guarantee results, but most experienced DUI attorney's can do better than you would do on your own.

Re: Dui

As Joshua Hale has said, a good lawyer can make a difference in the outcome of a DUI. Every DUI (like every criminal case) depends on its own set of facts and the tactics and strategies to be employed. You didn't give us any facts to analyze, and that needs to be done before you make a decision about what to do. So I also recommend that you consult with a criminal lawyer experienced with DUI/DMV matters. But I want to tell you that you have only 10 days from the date of your arrest to request a hearing at the DMV or you lose your right to a hearing, and you will lose your license for sure. So, don't wait. Time is of the essence. Contact a lawyer immediately even if your court date is a month away. Most criminal lawyers give free consultations. If you'd like to talk to me about your matter, don't hesitate to contact me. Good luck. Steve Mandell

Re: Dui

Sure, if you have the facts and evidence that would convince a jury that insufficient proof existed of guilt. It's called reasonable doubt. That is the lawyer's job, to present a good case at trial. Feel free to contact me if interested in defending it.
