DUI interstate reciprocity

I have 1 dui conviction in California. It is my only dui anywhere. I would like to move back to Iowa to start a new job. Is there reciprocity with Iowa, that will enable me to complete my driving school and / or any other penalties in Iowa?

No. You do your time and probation terms here, unless you go back to court and get a special order.
