Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI from leaving an indian casino

I just recently had a bad DUI, and accident. I was drinking at a local indian Casino. They had served me way to much to drink ,then they let me walk out of there. Under surveilence the hole time, and let me drive off there property. Know I have huge medical bills and legal bills. Not to mention a very bad head injury,that is ongoing. I was wondering if there is anything I can do in my situation?

Yes, defend the criminal charges, and the civil suit that you are in [if you hit anyone else]. Trying to sue such casino is generally a losing proposition. But, you could consult with local counsel to get their opinion.
