Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI and getting my license back

i was living in Hawaii and was charger with driving under the influance. I moved back to California right after my court date. Now i need to find away to get my license back. Is there a class i cant take in California? Is there a Fee i need to pay in Hawaii??

A class, a fee? Dream on. You have an arrest warrant outstanding and will be taken away in handcuffs if you come in contact with police or HSA anytime in the US. The only way you can now properly handle this is to go to court in Hawaii and do it right, like you should have in the beginning. You face potential jail and serious fines; worse if you don't appear voluntarily and they have to bring you to court in handcuffs. If like the CA courts, HI may allow you to have an attorney appear for you without you having to be present. Contact an attorney there.
