What may?? Jail, fines, probation, loss of license, etc. Most people hire an attorney to help them through this process. If you're serious about defending this and trying to minimize and avoid those penalties, feel free to contact me. Free advice: you have only 10 days to file your DMV appeal of automatic license suspension. In your case, if you don't yet have a license, the suspension[s] from DMV and court would take effect consecutively once you apply for one that would otherwise be issued.

Having a criminal record, especially for DUI, can seriously mess up your life for years to come. You need to fight the criminal charges, and also the DMV. The bad news is that DUIs, not to mention lawyer fees, can be expensive. The good news is you might get it down to a lesser charge or beat it entirely if you play your cards right. Feel free to call me anytime.
