dui or not

I was loading my truck when two police walked up to me and said: we got a call about a breakin do you live here?

me: Yes i do here is my ID

police: give me your wrist so i can take your pulse

me: Yes sir.

police: turn around your under arest for 11550 & DUI(meth) if you make a buy for us after we inpond your truck we will let have it back.

so they took my blood inpounded my truck i made a buy for them they then drove me to my truck they signed for it and i drove away. i dont understand dui or not

You don't understand that you 'skated' out of an arrest? Unless they later bring charges, you 'lucked out'. IF they bring charges, contact me to discuss defenses based on their agreement.
