Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Dui as minor and over 21

I recieved my first dui when I was 17 years old. I just recieved another one and I am now 21. My alcohol level was only .08 and I have absolutly nothing on my record other than my first dui. Would this be considerd my 2nd offense even though the first time was when i was a minor? I am concerned if I am going to have to go to jail or work release or something.

It will be considered your second. But there is hope. You have such a low level of alcohol that you might be able to fight these charges. I just finished with a DUI of similar circumstances, and think you have a fair shot of a good defense. Contact me at your earliest convenience to retain my services, so that you may not have a second DUI on your record.

Jail is a distinct possiblity for 2nd DUI, which this is. Call me if interested in getting proper legal representation.
