Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I just got a dui and have been notified that 2 ladies that were in there house when I hit their fence are now saying that they have minor injuries. This is my first offence. Might I be facing jail time

You might be facing a felony with state prison ramifications. If a DUI results in an injury, even a minor injury, the District Attorney can proceed as a felony which means state prison.

Felony charges could be filed on injury claims. Get an experienced attorney and do not speak to authorities. You only have 10 days to file your appeal of the automatice DMV license suspension.
