how much does a person get fine when he/she is a drunk driving?

Most DA's and courts won't offer a deal with less than $300-500 fine, plus penalty assessments that add three times that amount, plus attendance at alcohol school, plus license suspension from the court and/or DMV, etc, etc. You should consider hiring counsel to minimize the damage.
