I'm curious why, if you "really don't want an attorney", are you asking for help and free advice from attorneys?
You can ask for anything you want during the criminal process. Whether you get it depends on how well you are represented by counsel or yourself, and what the available facts are to use in your defense.

Law is a lot like poker. The result you get depends on the hand you are holding (law: the facts of the case), plus your skill in playing your hand. It's hard to bluff unless your opponent can be made to believe you have a good hand and you know how to play. Almost certainly you do not have the legal knowledge or experience to negotiate a wet reckless without a lawyer, especially with a breathalyzer that's nearly twice the legal limit. You don't even know how to spell "wet reckless," let alone represent yourself effectively in court. Possibly with a lawyer who has lots of DUI experience you might be able to beat the charge entirely.
