DUI Probation

Can the length of Probation be reduced in CA. If you have completed all programs and paid all fines?

You can make a motion to terminate probation early. Most courts will not grant these motions unless you are at least half-way done with your probation period.

Probation periods can be shortened. Usually judges will not do so until half of the probation period is served, and even then, you need to have a good reason why it has to be shortened. A good job offer that depends on being off probation might do it. Your lawyer needs to bring a motion in court to ask the judge to do it.
