Sure; I think so. But then, my opinion doesn't count, only the prosecutor's and judge's do. They're the ones you've got to ask; their answers will depend upon the policy of the court you're dealing with. I suggest you get an attorney to help you in this, since you face mandatory jail time and other penalties.
