Dui and unsupervised probation
My brother is on unsupervised probation fro being drunk in public. He just got a DUI. What does this mean?

It means that he faces probation violation with potential jail time, as well as the new criminal charges with more potential jail, fines and other penalties, including loss of license. If the case is in SoCAl, he can feel free to contact me for the legal help he's going to need to try to stay out of jail.
