Legal Question in DUI Law in California
Dui
I wrecked a motorcycle when i was drunk. I had to got to the hospital. I was never arrested nor charged. 3 months later the courts issue a warrant for my arrest for the night i wrecked. They got me for a dui. I dont understand how they can do that.

You may have a valid defense if the police cannot provide enough evidence to convict. You should talk to an attorney that deals with DUI frequently. If you are in Southern CA feel free to contact my office.

That you don't understand is irrelevant. You must defend the charges, using your facts and evidence as best you can. Suggest you hire counsel to do so, and they will understand and know what to do with the prosecutor's evidence.
