Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI from 10 yrs. ago

10 yrs. ago I got a DUI. I currently am employed with the County of Orange in CA but recently learned we will be laid off. Fortunately we have the opportunity to move to another agency however after reviewing the application the new employer requests you note any crimianl history no matter how long ago. Am I required to mark ''Yes'' even though my Dui was 10 yrs. ago?

Unless it 'magically' disappeared from your record somehow, of course you are. Records are forever.
