Re: Expunged

Don't get convicted.

If you have satisfactorily completed your probation, fill out forms CR-180 and CR-181 available from www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms, take them to the clerk's office, and pay the fee which I think is $60.

Re: Expunged

Before a court will entertain a motion to expunge a criminal conviction, all terms of probation must have been completed and probation needs to have expired. We have done 100's where the terms of probation have been completed, but they are still on probation. We need to hear more facts. Contact me at www.wallinlaw.com and we can discuss your particulars so I can give you the advise you need. David Wallin

Re: Expunged

After you complete all terms of probation, and have no further charges against you, it is done by filing the appropriate application and motion with the court. Feel free to contact me for legal help in doing so if interested.
