Almost guaranteed. You would know that if you had been stopped by police for any reason since then, as they would havechecked the record, arrested and transported you to the issuing court. IF you have been stopped, without warrant showing up, then something is wrong in the system - but the DUI case is still open and pending. You need to clear it up before something unpleasant happens to you. You should have an attorney check it out.
