My fiance is not a citizen of us he's Cuban and got his second dui he caused a 5 car collision they cited him at the hospital he has court very soon what are the possible outcomes

He.needs counsel immediately. Of anyone was injured he could be facing felony charges and prison time. He could also.be looking at deportation. Very seroous charge
It sounds like there is a very good possibility of being charged with DUI cauing injury, as a felony. If any of the other people involved in the accident were seriously injured, he could be charged with a GBI enhancement, which makes it a 6 year top and a strike. We have handled many of these.
