Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Are there any good, first time misdemeanor DUI attorneys in Orange County, CA that work on a sliding scale. My son is 30 years old and has a very good driving record and blew .082, but when they took him to the station he was under. They did not do a blood alcohol test. He doesn't make a lot of money but is afraid to go unrepresented. Thank you in advance.

There are plenty of good attorneys, but all experienced attorneys charge for their services. You will find most are in a similar range of pricing to be competitive. I'll be willing to discuss reasonable fees with him. For people that can't afford private counsel, seek the Public Defender, that's what our taxes pay for.
