Legal Question in DUI Law in California

What happened????

A friend and I were driving and I got a flat tire. As I was

changing the tire the cops pulled up behind me,and then had

me do the sobriety test and I passed, but then they did the

breath test and it resulted at .1. Is there anything I can

do? because I really was'nt driving, and the keys were not

in the ignition.
