Hello! You were pulled over because you were drunk. And you'll get convicted and lose your license too, unless you do something about it.

For no reason, eh? Well, if the prosecutor and police can't prove the case against you, then you'll get a dismissal. To get there, you're going to need to defend the case, using whatever defenses you have. Unless you're competent to effectively represent yourself in court against a professional prosecutor trying to put you in jail, most people hire an attorney who can.
