License suspension
Was taken to police station for blood test. Blood is lost. DMV has suspended license. What can I do to get my license reinstated?

IF you filed your request for DMV appeal hearing within the ten days allowed, I can represent you at that hearing. If you didn't, then we need to file for late appeal and request the hearing. Neglected in my first reply was the fact that you have to fight the DUI as well. That is not a 'slam dunk' even without the blood, as the officer can/will still testify about the circumstances. Contact me if interested in getting help doing that.

The first thing you have to do is demand a DMV hearing within the time limit (I think 15 days). Then I would get a lawyer to show up with you at the hearing.
