Second Offense

I received a second DUI on September 11, 1999. I received a 30-day temporary which expired on October 11, 1999. My question is this: Is my one year suspension effective from October 11, 1999 or my court conviction date? Any help would be greatly appreciated in this matter.

Your one-year suspension began on October 11th, the day your "stay" ended.

Hello, your DMV suspension begins when your temporary license expires unless you are given another date by the DMV.
